Arte Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information of users in the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). However, if necessary information for the provision of the Service is not provided, the Service may not be available.

3. Purpose of Using Personal Information

a. to analyze browsing and purchasing history information to inform users about new products and services suitable for them in tourism and e-commerce businesses. Also, to create and possibly publish statistical data in a format that does not identify individuals, for the development of new services and other business purposes.
b. to inform users about new features, updates, and campaign information of the Service through email.

Except in the following cases, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining prior consent of the user:
